To participate in the CV Careers screening program, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Age: Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years of age.
  • Education: Minimum qualification of Class XII (12th Pass) or a Graduate degree in any field.
  • Experience: Prior working experience in any field is required for all applicants.
  • Appearance: Candidates must have a presentable personality with no visible scars or tattoos.
  • Language: Basic to strong English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Documentation: Possession of a valid passport and total readiness to relocate to the UAE.
3. Zero-Fee Transparency Policy
  • No Registration Fees: CV Careers does not charge any registration or application fees to candidates.
  • No Agent Charges: We do not collect “agent fees” or “processing charges” at any stage of the recruitment process.
  • Fraud Alert: Candidates are advised to beware of fake recruiters using our name. CIMS/CV Careers never charges fees. Always verify information through our official website.
4. The Screening Process
  • Mandatory Evaluation: Participation in the program requires a structured screening, including profile checks and English Communication Assessments.
  • Matching: Shortlisted candidates will be matched with employers in the UAE hospitality and entertainment sectors based on profile suitability.
  • No Guarantee of Employment: While we provide expert guidance and interview preparation, final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
5. Company-Supported Benefits

Successful candidates who secure a placement through our partners are entitled to the following, subject to the employer’s specific offer letter:

  • Relocation: Company-provided employment visa and air tickets.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Professional conduct is expected throughout the screening and interview phases.

8. Governing Law
